What I sent to Substack to open Video Posts
The Absolute Individual Human Right of Freedom of Speech is to be respected for human dignity. It is not owned by a political party.
I will be promoting Substack across my other social media including Flote, IPFS, Odysee and eventually my own website. Content will be fed into my Flotecasting radio and tv channels. I help develop #FloteRadio and #FloteTV and could do the same for Substack if it wishes I help others to build 24hr TV and radio stations that feature theirs and other content creators. But regardless, I use tech to encourage and support the absolute human right of freedom of speech.
I have been doing this now over 2 years as a project on Flote.app because they respect the individual human right of free speech. In every way that technology or policy is used to stifle the absolute individual human right of freedom of speech, I do what the Internet has promised from the beginning that I can do: I route around it.
As of late, it has been said that Free Speech is a Republican or Conservative ideal. I think that is funny. I remember the days when Liberals and Democrats championed Free Speech. The truth is no political party or ideology owns Freedom of Speech, rather we, each individually have Freedom of Speech, and must defend it for ourselves and others, lest we lose it altogether.
By adding Substack to my Radio and TV channel, I will promote the use of Substack as part of an overall solution for those who need Freedom of Speech respect and human dignity especially in the context of world governments and corporations that want it stifled and prevented.
Many corporations have adopted boilerplate language and some have hired staff to prevent speech, in terms of service under threat of activist groups who attack free speech, and they do not know the real agenda behind such attacks on free speech. Unfortunately, many of these companies also market themselves to an unsuspecting public looking for platforms where the ability to say what you want to say, as well as not say what you do not want to say, is disrespected, demonetized and the like.
The more platforms stand for free speech, the more free speech will be the norm, and not individual human oppression. If someone does not like my content, or someone else's, on Substack or any other platform, it is a simple matter to change the channel. In a competitive landscape, the more channels Substack offers, the more options we all have from which to choose.
Governments around the world are being used to stifle freedoms around the world, in order to sluff off the corporate and individual responsibility we all have to defend individual human rights Therefore, it is everyone's job to tell governments and others NO! When they try to enforce a law which is void on its face because it breeches individual human rights.
My channel will feature content as my Substack declares, from my own individual mind. When we get to a place where a person's very intellect is suspect by censors and politicized out of open discourse, we enter strange territory away from Freedom and into Oppression.
May it never be said of Substack!
